About Us
When Dr. Lee Friedel established Weston’s first dental practice in 1981, he had one goal in mind: to provide families with comprehensive dental services to enhance their health, comfort and appearance.
Dr. Elise Bolski joined the practice in 1997. She completed a hospital based residency program, so that, in addition to her excellent general dental skills, she brings expertise in caring for medically compromised patients.
The practice built a highly skilled, well-trained dental health team dedicated to providing state-of-art preventive, cosmetic and restorative dental care to every patient.
Every one of our clinical staff members has completed an accredited training program. Our Certified Dental Assistants have met specific education and work requirements, passed national board certification exams and hold additional certifications in such areas as x-rays, expanded functions and infection control.
Our Registered Dental Hygienists are all licensed oral health care professionals who have been part of our practice for many years. They, too, are trained in a wide range of dental procedures and have the experience to insure your dental care will always be in great hands.
Our entire staff maintains current certification in CPR and AED devices. We also take continuing education courses to learn the most modern and sophisticated treatment techniques available.
Our office is a family-friendly place. We encourage our patients to bring their children at an early age to start them off on the right foot with their preventive dental care.
We have all the latest technology to make you more comfortable, including nitrous oxide and stereo headphones. We also take digital x-rays to get the most accurate and complete picture of your dental health, with the least amount of radiation. We are compliant with the use of electronic medical records.
Knowing first hand that an educated patient is a better dental patient, our staff is always available to speak with you about problems or questions you may have. We will be glad to speak with you privately about what modern dentistry can do for you.

Our Staff
A visit to Dr. Friedel & Dr. Bolksi is more than just going to see the dentist. You’re being treated by a team of dental experts. All our staff members are highly trained, most of whom have been with our practice for many years. Our Registered Dental Hygienists and Certified Dental Assistants are trained in a wide rang of dental hygiene procedures. Our Hygienists all hold degrees and every dental assistant is x-ray certified. Our office staff is knowledgeable and experienced in handling all billing and insurance issues.
