Insurance & Financial Information

We are a fee for service dental practice. Our office also participates in most PPO insurance plans. Please bring in your insurance plan information and we will be happy to help you understand your benefits. Please note that dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your care. Most dental insurance plans include a deductible, co-insurance and other expenses that are not covered. Aside from that, we offer CareCredit® and In-house membership plans* to provide payment alternatives to help you get access to the dental care you deserve.
